This is handmade computer, based on raspberry pico 2040 pill. It emulate 65C02 cpu. On board dual NES controllers, ps/2 keyboard and VGA connector for video output. Soldering takes 1 day (and about 1 week to find all parts, actually nes 7-pin connectors). Also I order male connectors for joystick and repair old broken joystick with db9. This is modern clone of ZX computer based on CPLD but with original CPU, RAM/ROM and Sound chip. As a result - very small factor. I print case for this and print keyboard plate. When I buy korvet computer together I receive this card. As I understand this is card to connect korvet computers to PC network (in case of many diskless korvet connects to main PC via network). Right now have’t idea to connect it in my home, because I have sd card adapter for korvet, but may be later I will try. I couldn’t resist today and bought a Galaksija PCB. It was a home computer, in DIY format. Schematics were first published in the Yugoslavian magazine Galaksia in 1983. From architect point of view it’s has strange solution in video generation, cassette port. No video generation logic exist and CPU responsible for generation video signal, so computer was very slow. But from historic point of view its very interesting. My replica schematic is mostly close to original, but has some correction - many wires traces already on board and added rf video output. Korvet 8010 have not fdd option. Actually several chips was on soldered on the motherboard. (Actually motherboards are the same!). In this case computer may be loaderd from network or using sdcard (modern additional, not exists at 1990). Here is successfull try to create sdcard adapter, connects on left connector and allow booting CP/M from sdcard Programming For Atmega32 fuses should be H: D1, L: E4. Overview This is one of my first pcb I decide to assemble. Schematic of this computer was published first time in russian magazine “Young technic” in 1988. (Are you subscribe to this magazine? I am - yes. But in 1988 I was 10 year old, so to my first experience with computers was only 5 years later). So that is wonderfull rare computer with history. Computer contains 3 pcb - cpu module, video controller and keyboard. Assemble fast and easy. Debugging mostly not required in case of working chips. I test chips before and solder it to boards (except CPU, RAM and ROM) ...
Overview New born PCB, recreation of the original hardware and retains all the original features and any bugs that may have existed back in the day! Overview Long time I think about korvet. I remember 8020 was in MAN computer room. This computer was not very popular and used rare. Some time ago I seen modern pcb to build korvet, but order original 8010 in badly condition for repair. But it works. I don’t decide upgrade it to 8020, or just use extrom card. Also need to find PSU for this computer, but I think it will not a big problem. ...
